Quality Management
Quality is the life of an enterprise. In SITOs development, we have been always improving our quality management system and pursuing our objective of "Zero Defect".

Linear Quality Management Model
We have established a Quality Assurance Department in R&D Center, responsible for all the duties related to quality management, including drafting, revising and proofing of all technical documents, organizing of related training activities, evaluation and assessment of products quality in all the subsidiary plants, chairing quality management meetings inside the Group, collecting the latest related state regulations and criteria and supervising the implementation of the new criteria in each plant.

Strict Management System in Raw Material Purchasing
We rank our raw materials into Grades A, B and C, among which Grade-A RM are quite essential to and will directly influence our products quality, Grade-B RM less influential, meeting related national criteria, and Grade-C RM the least influential, mainly including those for cleaning and packaging.

Grade-A RM must be purchased collectively by the R&D Center of the Group according to unified purchase contracts, and distributed to each plant by the suppliers as requested. Grade-B RM can be purchased by each plant separately only after the samples have been proved by the R&D Center, and Grade-C RM are also purchased separately, and the plant only needs to file in the R&D Center.

Two criteria for selecting RM suppliers are adopted. One is standardized management, i.e. the criteria are made according to our products characteristics when signing contracts. The other is assessment, i.e. we will review and assess our suppliers products and service annually. Sometimes an on-the-spot assessment method is applied, and the suppliers production environment, processing lines, quality management system and quality stability will be evaluated on the spot.

Strict and Standardized Operation System
We adopt unified criteria for products and technology. A series of unified criteria, processing standards, technical variables, packaging standards for different products are employed in all the subsidiary plants. The Quality Assurance Department will evaluate regularly the implementation of the above standards and criteria in each plant.

We purchase and test collectively the main raw materials and packaging materials. Our raw materials and packaging materials of high and stable quality ensure the fine quality of our finished products.

We adopt unified criteria for drinking water. SITO Group has made unified criteria for drinking water based upon the related international regulations, and installed the water treating equipments in each plant. The Group will regularly test the water samples in each plant.

We adopt strict criteria for finished products sampling and testing. The Quality Surveillance Department will take samples from every plant and markets monthly, and our professional research team will test and evaluate the samples, so as to ensure the stability of our products quality and flavor.

Strict Quality Management System
A strict quality controlling system ensures our products high quality. Within the ISO9001 Quality Management System, we strictly hold to GMP and HACCP standards and pursue the objective of "Zero Defect" in production. We adopt the latest national regulations and related international criteria in our products quality management. All the products must pass processing testing, middle testing and finished products testing, and we also take strict measurements in storing and circulating products.

SITO has been always improve the testing equipments, and employed a group of experienced professionals in the field of quality analysis and testing. All the products must pass sample testing, and can only enter the warehouse or market after the proof of the related testing report.

Within the scientific quality assurance system, we have solidified our enterprise management, enhanced food safety, ensured the high quality and enlarged our market share. SITO Brand has grown into a symbol of safe and healthy beverage, and SITO Juice is becoming more and more popular.
